Eligibility for Returns
You have 14 days from the date you receive your product to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must:
• Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Be in its original packaging.
• Be accompanied by the order number.

Shipping-Related Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us immediately. We will issue a replacement for any shipping-related damages. To expedite the process, please include:
• Photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
• A description of the damage.

Non-Returnable Issues
Color Discrepancies: Due to variations in monitor settings and ambient lighting, the actual colors of our products may differ slightly from what is displayed on your screen. Replacements for minor color discrepancies will not be provided.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note:
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
